Dupree Garage Doors

I was looking to support a local business & it couldn't have gone better. Bobby was in personal contact throughout the process - No answering service. Explained my options for the repair w/ no upselling BS. I did go forward with the recommendations to increase longevity, which considering the scope of the repair were negligible - +50 for spring conversion +50 for new rollers (mine were shot). They were done in about an hour and even helped me roll my old project car back in the garage. Will definitely use again!

Excellent. My garage door opener had broken I contacted Angi and Robert contacted me immediately, gave me a quote on what the job would be and was on the site later the same day. Scheduled the job for the next day and completed it in less than 1 hour.

Dupree was my second estimate. When Bobby came to the house, he was knowledgable and friendly. He gave a great price for my insulated steel door and installed within a week. He also got the color matched paint from SW which we hadn't even talked about before. It was a great experience and I would recommend his company to a friend.

It's a great place to do business with Bob is a great guy and the technician is John too and I will give them 5 star for them service they advise me to do conversion on the garage door and a worked totally great, They very quick and fast and I highly recommended to do business with them.

These guys are the best! I called several companies and described to each of them the problem with my garage door. On the phone none of them could analyze the problem and wanted for me to pay them to come out to evaluate the situation. When I spoke to Bobbie Dupree, he told me immediately that the motor needed to be replaced and without pressuring me gave me two different models to choose from. He patiently explained the products he had and the cost. Simple as that. A technician that came out to give an estimate was saying that the springs that were installed less than a year ago were the problem and was going to charge me $369.00 to do an adjustment knowing all along that the motor was the problem. He also said that he could replace the motor for $1,200. Dupree charged me less than half this amount.

They went above and beyond to help my daughter get a working garage door. We had a big box company over prior and they told us we needed to buy an entire door but these guys knew exactly what we needed and explained everything as the did it. They even put on our new rollers we purchased and where completed in about an hour. I highly recommend this company due to their commitment to honesty and integrity
