"All A's, but the B for quality comes from two items.  The tile I feel issued was 2"x4" tiles on a mesh backing so each square foot was prearranged.  During the course of install, the nature of the space required deviation from the pre-meshed pattern, and they also didn't use spacers between the tiles that weren't pre-meshed.  This led to an inconsistent pattern/no pattern look as well as inconsistent spacing between many tiles. Once I got home from work on Day 1 of the job I called the owner, Jim, and explained the issues and requested a remedy immediately while the cement was still tacky.  Jim exhibited great leadership and personally came, with his main tile guy in tow, and worked through the evening to correct all of the pattern and spacing inconsistencies.  Jim then cancelled the rest of his workload and personally oversaw and helped finish the rest of the job for the remainder of the week. It all looks beautiful now, and their attention to detail and style were much improved for the remainder of the project."
