2 guys showed up and proceeded to replace my glass led bulbs with plastic ones. Thy apparently had never seen glass led bulbs. They assessed my furnace and confirmed it wasn't working. They asked me to clear any furniture away from windows so they could perform weatherization on the windows and to call back to set up a follow up appt once that was completed.. It took a week but After I moved all furniture including heavy items like beds and sofas away from the windows for clear access, I called to setup a return appt. It was another week for the follow up appt. 2 different guys came and again confirmed the furnace was not working. They then told me they don't perform weatherization on windows at all and left. I then called pG&E and wa told they ar supposed to apply caulking on all windows where needed. I think Bright Ideas is running a scam and telling PG&E they have provided services where they haven't and are getting paid for work they haven't performed.

They had two employees working for them and they were great. They went into our attic and found some other things that needed repair. They noticed that the ducting on our AC wasn't put in right and it was falling apart. They said that is where we were losing a lot of our air so they went up there and fixed them for us. I thought the price was a little high, but the equipment was very professional and they did do a good job with the installations.
