"We saw a special at Price Club with a 15% cash card with a window covering purchase. My Mom has been wanting shutters for her 3 main windows for a few years now. She wanted shutters that were very similar to ours at our house. I waited until the last possible moment and went ahead and made the call. Rich Ronquillo came out for the initial inspection. He showed up a bit earlier than our appointment time (as it should be). I showed him pictures of the shutters that we have and that she wanted to model hers after. He knew exactly which company had made them, and then pieced it together with the manufacturer being within a few miles of our house (this purchase was made over 20 years ago). Rich's knowledge of the whole window covering gamut is unparalleled. He was super calm, went about his work in a very precise way, and really helped us in our decision making process. He took about 45 minutes to make sure that all of the measurements were dead on, took pictures, and then drew up a rather lengthy, and precise, contract. We were expecting the custom shutters to arrive in early July. It was a great surprise to be informed that the shutters had arrived very early (late May) and were ready for install. The 2 gentleman who came out for the installation were very polite and did a great job getting their work done in a quick and clean fashion. The installation was very nice (my Mom loves her new shutters!) and really made the house look way better. The installation guys did a great job cleaning up and were on their way. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the product and Customer Service at 3 Blind Mice. We couldn't be any happier!"

"Josh painted the cabinets in my rather large kitchen as well as my front door and shutters. Josh was very prompt, courteous and professional. Not to mention his price was the absolute best. He arrived early, but waited until the scheduled time to knock on the door. He managed his time well and completed the job a day ahead of what was originally scheduled. It was originally my job to get the paint, which I forgot to do, but Josh had no problem going to the store and ordering the paint. He was very honest, leaving me the receipts and all the extra materials. Oh did I forget to mention parts of the base boards around the cabinets were cracked, he replaced them with no problem. I Will definitely be using his services again, in fact I already have another job lined up for him.
