They outlined our options and included a choice for making our home much more fire resistant - "Flame Stop 2". I'd seen it in my own research, but they were the ones to bring it up as a possibility. We chose Cani over another paint contractor who quotes a lower price, but Cani described the work they would perform and it was significantly more thorough and that convinced us to go with the higher quote.
