Get matched with top subcontractors in Lucerne Valley, CA

"We needed a bathroom remodel and various repairs in our home after a flood left damages. After receiving 3 bids for the project and conducting interviews, we hired Josue because we felt he'd be the best contractor to complete the project within our timeline. I envisioned the bathroom remodel prior to his work and he executed everything I had imagined. In addition to the bathroom remodel, he helped with lighting solutions and updating cabinets in our hallway.  We trusted him to work in our home while we were out. His subcontractors were trustworthy as well and completed quality work. He was easy to communicate with and his prices were fair. We would hire him again."

"We had an excellent “remodeling” experience with Zohar! Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Was very comforting to have someone available to assure that all your purchases would work out. Zohar’s team was great–they know their stuff — he knows what he’s doing! All the guys were very polite, respectful of my privacy, and cleaned up every day. The work finished on time, and we were so pleased that the project cost exactly what Zohar quoted. We look forward to working with them again on our next project!"

"The contractor was so knowledgeable and had so many great ideas for my kitchen remodel. Highly recommend!"

"Five stars for IY Development and Renovation .INC! Our kitchen remodel in Lafayette, California, exceeded all expectations. Not only did they deliver on time and within budget, but their attention to detail truly set them apart. Our friends and family can't stop raving about the stunning transformation!"

"When I closed escrow on my house, I decided to make appointments with several general contractors to get a bid on things that needed to be done. The house was fairly old and needed major renovations done, so it was very important to me to make sure that the contractor I hired had previously done work this big. Eric was the 4th contractor that I met with. We went through all the things that needed to be done in the house, a kitchen remodel, 2 bathroom remodels, a small room addition of a master suite and master bathroom, and the list goes on... He showed me pictures of projects that he had done on the same level and I was very impressed with his work, I even went to see one of the projects. I ended up hiring Progressive Builders for their quality work and reasonable price. Thank you!!"

"Mega Power was great! I hired them to go solar on my house and the solar analyst that came out was very helpful from day one. He was not just simply a sales guy he gave me his personal cell phone that I was able to call anytime if I had questions or wanted updates about my project.
My project was about 6 kW and consisted of 22 panels, each panel was 275 Watts. What I loved about these guys is that all the products they installed were American made products, warrantied for 25 years! Working with Jonathan (our sales guy) was another reason I chose to go with Mega Power. Every step of the way Jonathan was informative, and just professional from day 1. Price quotes with other companies were similar, so I simply chose the company that provided me the best service before signing anything."
