Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with?unresponsive, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Faraday Electric is a scam. They quoted me one price, but when the technician arrived, he tried to change the price and refused to complete the install at the agreed-upon contract price until I called the office to intervene. Part of the service I paid for included handling the permit, but after my install on June 21, 2024, I never heard back from them about it. I called every month until September when someone finally answered and said they would work with the permit department. Weeks went by again with no response. In October, an electrician just dropped off paperwork at my door for the city permit instead of handling it properly. When the city came for inspection, they said the work was incomplete and failed inspection. Faraday promised to send an electrician on December 19 to fix the issue, but they no-showed with no follow-up. Since then, I have called, left voicemails,

Faraday Electric was hired to install a Tesla charger. Work completed 9/23. Paid $865 for the work including the $270 for the permit. It is now December, and STILL NO PERMIT! I?ve contacted them by text and email multiple times, and STILL NO PERMIT!

Electrician arrived early which is a first :). He was diligent and clear about what he needed to do for the project. As I have managed many contractors and electricians we walked through the placement options for the charger and selected a closer wall to the electrical board and he called it in and they were able to adjust the pricing on the phone based on the distance he would need to run the conduit. He was focused, efficient, tidy and we tested my new Tesla charger on the car at the end of the install and I am thrilled with the work and service I received. I would definitely use them again! Also payment via Zelle was fast and a Paid receipt sent back via email. Loved that!

I recently hired Carlos from Faraday Electric for a Tesla wall connector installation, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of his work. Only a few hours after completion, the wall connector fell off the wall. He was supposed to secure the Wall Connector on a suitable wooden support stud, plywood, or any other flat surface capable of adequately bearing its weight. Instead, he opted for a hasty attachment to the drywall. This oversight not only raises serious concerns about the job quality of Faraday Electric but also leaves me with a subpar and unsafe installation. I expected a professional service that prioritizes safety and durability, and unfortunately, this experience has fallen far short of those expectations. I strongly advise anyone considering Faraday Electric for a similar project to exercise caution and consider alternative options. It is crucial to entrust such tasks to professionals who demonstrate a commitment to quality craftsmanship and the use of appropriate installation methods. In light of this disappointing experience, I feel compelled to share my feedback to help others make informed decisions.

This is their specialty. They know how to install EV chargers.

Had a complex EV installation that involved a hardwired system for our Rivian RIT as well as installation of second charger for our other EV. After meeting with Faraday team, they determined that there was insufficient load capacity to do two hardwire installs but provided an acceptable alternative of a NEMA 14-50 outlet for the second charger. Installation was super smooth and city permit inspection passed with no issues.

They came the day after we called them. He showed up early the next morning, right on time. And, he found a problem with our electrical panel (exposed wires!) and fixed it on the spot at no extra charge. Excellent vendor !

Quick & easy. Called for a quote and they were able to come out the next day to install my equipment. They were prompt, efficient and we had no issues. Would use this business again in the future, if needed.

Communication with the office was a little lacking however the actual electrician, Blaine, was amazing! He walked me through everything he was doing in advance and how this would accomplish the task I was wanting. He even went above and beyond to ensure that the circuits he moved worked after relocating them to the subpanel. Amazing work Blaine! Thanks!

They were very quick to respond. They were very thorough in their quote and answered all my questions. They arrived on time and we're very efficient with my time and got the job done well but didn't waste time. Carlos was friendly. Would definitely recommend them for anyone installing a EV charger.

I sent out a request on Friday morning and Rudy was able to schedule a technician for the next day installation. Carlos came out and within the hour, he was able to complete the project and my Tesla is now charging on a 60amps circuit. Excellent workmanship and very courteous, I would definitely hirel them again. Thank you.

Very expensive and did not secure the charger using proper drywall fasteners. Still, it worked and was fine for use. The conduit pipe was well done.

Installed a Nema 6-50 plug for my Tesla. Works great! The quote provided was the most professional I have ever seen. If I need to do work at my house for this kind of work I would definitely use them again.
