His bid was similar/competitive with the other two I received, but as with anything like this, some extra costs did materialize after discussions with Edison and City of Long Beach; he explained all of these and got my sign off on everything he did/added, and at the end he kept the extra costs as low as possible. Benjamin’s communication was great and he tried to explain everything to me - the novice. During the “rough inspection” the inspector said “this is probably the cleanest and most organized residential panel project I’ve ever seen”. They also did a nice job of covering the old service mast and panel/meter box and cleaning up after the project. Orozco's will be coming back for some other work inside my house and I will probably eventually bring them back for some upgrades"
