"Got new hot water heater, but they said they were unable to assess the solar panel or install a new solar system.Strange, since they advertise solar hot water systems. I now do not have solar powered hot water heater, but have a regular electric one."

"They were so expensive that I signed someone else to do it. They charged me the fee to tell me what was wrong, but they didn't do any work for me. They were knowledgeable but they were just so darn expensive. I felt like I was getting hustled a little bit. They were good with scheduling. They guy who came out was professional I just felt like he was upselling me."
