"Javier, by now you have received the information from my Manager that demonstrates that the roof leak is from a dormer vent that is on a completely different roof from where the solar is installed. Those photos have been provided to you as evidence that your solar system is sound and in good condition and there are no leaks related to the solar installation. I hope that our immediate response to figure out what had taken place is recognized as the integrity of our team here. We first respond with the intent to help. Then we figure out the root cause and take appropriate action. The dormer vent does not show obvious problems so we draw upon similar experience (over 37 years) to assess that the high volume of rain fall combined with the strong wind forced rain water through your dormer. We recommend you continue to monitor that location during rain fall.
