"First of all, they are very expensive. I needed two sections of drywall repaired that were a maximums of 6 inches by 6 inches. The estimate was $789.00. At first I laughed this off as a contractor who had more work then he could handle at the time, and so created an absurd invoice. Unfortunately, the work was being done is in a rental house that I own and the tenants are inconvenienced every time that I have a contractor creating an estimate. I decided against my better judgement to go with someone who is ridiculously priced but had good reviews. Bad idea. After they completed the work they added another $110.76 for a "materials" fee, which was not added to the previous invoice. $798.00 is absurd for 3 hours of work and $20 in materials. (I know this because I have do this myself.) $890.76 is criminal."

"I hired this company to renovate a garage that was converted into a family room approx 60 years ago by my parents. The space included a shower, toilet, in small area. After inheriting the house, I hired this company to update the bathroom, which was the original construction 1955, only a cement finish. Additionally, he transformed the family room into a bedroom for myself and added a sink vanity and mirror, installed new doors, and laid tile in the vanity area, bthrm, & shower stall. Before & after pictures will be posted, noting that the before pictures depict the space when it was rented by someone else. Company owner Raul, demonstrated exceptional expertise and provided valuable feedback throughout the project. His crew was outstanding, I am thoroughly satisfied with the results, considering myself fortunate to have found such a skilled contractor. Thank you very much Twin Home Solutions Inc. Highly knowledgeable, flexible in their schedule, did a great job with all the work done (new deck, construction in living room, new french doors, a few other misc. things.) They went over and above what I expected and took care of things that I didn't consider as part of "the contract" to get them done right. I also just found out that when they were working on my house, they helped my neighbor across the street with installing a fan! I wouldn't hesitate to call again."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
