"I just hired this company, haven't started the project yet, but for those whom came to give an estimation i was truly disappointed! Raul, came here took the time to check areas looking for soft spots in the floor, gave suggestions and solutions, and best and worst case scenarios. He had great ideals, gave me options and made me feel secure in knowing what his was doing and what and how they would proceed! That in itself speaks volumes! Others on here whom came were lazy, not looking or have a clue what kind of work was needed, yet spit out an estimate that made me laugh!! I will out of kindness not reveal their name! He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill.
