In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined. "Joe and his son Joe showed up on time and we discussed what was going to be done. Joe Sr. asked me since the backsplash was going to be white did I want to change the outlets and switches from ivory to white which I did. He said he would take care of it. Took a couple of hours for all of the supplies and the new granite to be picked up and then they started the demo. of the kitchen. Next day I was informed that since Joe Sr was the only one in the company who knew how to cut granite he was being sent to another project but would return to continue work on my kitchen. Two hours later he did and worked on cutting and installing the granite. Another worked cleaned the cabinets with the Restore A Finish. I received a call later in the day from the owner William Caldwell who informed me that Joe Sr was going to be sent to another project and others would finish the work. The next day I had two workers replacing the threshold and front porch post, the plumber showed up but because two workers where installing the backsplash he couldn't hook up the dishwasher so he said he would return the following day. Because of the schedule Caldwell Construction brought in Corinthian Tile and Stone to install the backsplash and the two men did a great job. The plumber returned the next day and installed the dishwasher. The only complaint I have is about the outlets and switches. When I asked William Caldwell about installing them he said it wasn't part of the contract and would have to be done at another time. He said he would give me a good price. Two weeks later I called and said I would like to set up an appointment to have the outlets and switches replaced and that Joe Sr had already purchased the items so I had everything here. The office said she would check the schedule and call me back. She didn't call back so I called again the next day and spoke with Steven the field manager who said they were too busy with two new kitchens they were working on and said he couldn't pull anyone away for a day to take care of it. He said he would speak with William Caldwell and call me back. He didn't. I hired Jones Electric who came out and in less than an hour replaced the outlets and switches."

"I recently hired Jose Celedon for multiple projects I needed done. Jose did a fabulous job on each one of the projects. He was able to sand and paint area’s of siding that the original painter did not do properly. He also fixed plumbing that another plumber wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to do. He was able to get my washer to run with hot water when I was only able to use cold water. He cleaned out all of the sediment in my bathroom sink and shower which was causing low pressure. He was able to fix the kitchen faucet were I was only able to get cold water to supply hot water. His work ethics are phenomenal. He worked from morning to late evening completing all of the projects. I am so pleased with his work that I am hiring him to now replace my garbage disposal and add lawn pavers to outline my front yard where rocks have been added. He will also be my go to person for replacing my kitchen cabinets in the next month. I would recommend Jose for any projects you may need."

"In July 2017 I hired Edwards Construction to relocate and remodel my kitchen, create a flex space out of the area where my old kitchen was located, and remove a wall from my laundry area. I knew I hit the jackpot from the first meeting with Gary(owner). He was punctual, had a great personality, he was thorough in explaining how the process would unfold, and he made me feel confident that my vision for my project was achievable within my budget. I received my initial quote pretty quickly. Email responses were swift and detailed from the beginning to the very end of my project. My project required plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, tile work, door install, a new window, installing new outdoor wood siding to match my existing siding, and installing appliances that were new to the location within my house(dishwasher and microwave, etc). Permits were pulled with the city and passed inspections on the first viewing in each occurrence. His workers were highly skilled and did a great job. Only once during the course of the project did I feel like the momentum of completing the project slowed down to a slow crawl. After I communicated my concerns to Gary, his workers steamrolled through the later stage. The quality of work remained very high. Workers were assigned to do things based on their strengths. This meant sometimes waiting a few days for that person to be available so they could finish the next stage of work. I never felt like someone was "experimenting" with the work so I personally didnt mind waiting. Overall, I had an excellent experience working with Edwards Construction. I would definitely rehire them for another home improvement project. In the meantime, I am fully enjoying the new spaces they created in my home."
