"We were very disappointed in the service we received. We were unable to go to the property until 24 hours after the cleaning, when we arrived the air conditioning was on high and the lights in the bedrooms and bathrooms were on, this was upsetting. We had asked for a move out cleaning so we thought they would at least wipe the walls but they did not. The bathrooms looked pretty good and so did the kitchen, and it was vacuumed. I had put a new tub of spackle in the drawer with the extra keys for the house, so I could fill in some holes when I came back. The keys were moved to a different drawer and the spackle was gone. We did contact Roxy and she basically called us liars because when she spoke with her cleaners they denied using the A/C or seeing the spackle. Bottom line is, I would never recommend or use this company again, had they followed up with us at all it may have mad a difference but they did not and we had to wipe down the walls, buy more spackle and re vacuum the entire house before having the caprets cleaned."
