The shingles had years of old chipping paint and plenty of sun damage and they spent tons of time carefully prepping the surface, sanding, patching, and more, then coating with tinted primer and finally high quality paint. The house looks beautiful and even more importantly it is going to last longer with their thorough work. Patrick also gave good guidance on color scheme based on years of experience which we melded with our vision and landed on a combination that worked really well. Highly recommend due to the careful quality work they did on a house with lots of challenges. "

We were given a very detailed contract with work detail and prices. We had a detailed contract review with Anthony to have our questions answered. The team was very happy to work around our schedule and were very dog friendly with an understanding that we needed to know what to expect and when so we could determine where to position ourselves and our dogs in the house each day. Anthony came by at least once a day and in addition he called or texted at least once a day to give us a status update and check in on our satisfaction and answer any questions. The team was professional, personable, hard working, and outstanding in their work. Every detail was addressed and there were no delays or surprises. We are so pleased with the work done.
