  My initial review was all negative. I wish that I could withdraw it, I was a little upset at the time. I was given a quote that I accepted and I didn't hear back from them for about a week, so I was obviously annoyed when I made my review for the "No Show". As it turned out they had a legitimate reason why they didn't get back to me sooner. I accept the reason 100%. Anyway... They spent on what I thought would have been a 3 hour day "tops" to nearly an 8 hour day. Anthony who was running the show as it turned out is a perfectionist. He pointed out minor things (to me) which I said not to worry about it on more than one occasion, and he worked on those things until he was completely satisfied. Folks, you don't see that these days! Everybody is in a hurry, not these guys. These imperfections was due to a warped door frame from flooding that we had 4-5 years ago. They quoted me for the door and door jam replacement, so this was to be expected. They finished well past sunset and the door worked and looked fantastic! Due to the darkness we did overlook a gap that I noticed the next day under the door. I took a picture, sent it to Robert Aylor, within 1 hour, Anthony was back at the house, made a quick adjustment and the problem was solved. I was blown away on how fast he came over. I live 30 minutes from Palmdale. I am very, very happy with these professionals! They are strongly recommended!

  Excellent! I could not have asked for a better crew. JT, Shaun, Pedro and Kayla were my direct contacts and all were very professional. Western Pacific Roofing came to the rescue just before this last big rain. They were not prepared to repair my roof upon first observation, however, they were able to secure the exposed area so as not to allow further damage from the impending rain storms.   Was over 1/2 hour late (without calling) to provide the estimate. Perhaps he forgot and when I called to ask if he was coming, that reminded him? Estimated at 200 and when I said I was going to get other quotes, he dropped it to 150. Garden hose was used to "blast" out leaves which left leaves, dirt and debris underneath the eaves on a fairly new paint job. Not happy about that, but would have preferred the gunk to be picked out from the top like a previous cleaner did. I think customers should be told how cleaning is to be done. One week later, rain water was coming down directly in front of the front door which was one of 2 areas I needed cleaned. I left a phone message, asking for this to be made right. No return call, so I called back. Was told that "if we find anything in there, it's another 150." Nice enough guy, but not tremendously professional. Probably won't hire again. Leaving date of service off. As for pricing, I think that's horrendous for about 40-50 feet of dirty gutters, but still cheaper than others I called. One wanted 300 "that's our price" when I said it was a small house

  This crew seemed eager to help in the beginning. However, they lacked professionalism throughout the job. 1 They left the worksite dirty and dangerous. They neglected to remove their electric saw from our public laundry area. They left the saw and on top of the washing machine plugged in overnight. 2. The quoted a price at the beginning of the job, and the final bill was almost twice as much. 3. They left several areas unfinished. 4. After several attempts to have them return to finish, I just gave up
