"We have a 50 year old single family residence that was built in the 70s. The foundation needed repairs to restore it to its original strength, and retrofits to meet current earthquake regulations. I researched all the options to repair and retrofit the home. Sure Safe's was the best available. They installed 50+ brand new concrete footers and steel piers to secure the home. No other contractor offered a solution that was adequate structurally. Art was great to work with and answered ALL my questions. Elaine coordinated the entire process and the team of Sergio, Casey and Brock worked tirelessly to install everything in a single day. Wow! "Two crews showed up to do the windows. One was very good with interior window trim and exterior caulking. The second crew left too large a gap between most interior moldings and had to be redone. Exterior caulking by the second crew has resulted in water leaks when washing down the windows. Also, the silicone caulking around the exterior edge of the windows was too wide and has attracted dirt giving us a brown rim around our white windows. The individual contracted to do the front wood door was not very cooperative and had to be called back to do a better job.

"They were on time, and did a great job! I recommend these guys and will use this company again. The person came for a leaky faucet, but I asked them to put in shut off valves and they ended up helping me because the old disposal was leaking and I did not know this, so they ended up doing all this work for me and fixing all the problems. I appreciate the professional help. I recommend this company.
