"I called early Sunday afternoon requesting service for later in the day because I wasn't home. The provider was understanding and readily agreed to work around my schedule. I was delayed in getting home and still the provider was patient and understanding.  Ami from Locksmith Speed quoted an arrival time of  forty minutes. He arrived in approximately twenty-five minutes. Once here he quickly got to work, and completed the work in record time. In addition, he gave me a discount because he said he loved Angie's List customers! He said he always has great experience with Angie's list customers. I would highly recommend Ami to everyone and anyone. I will pass his name on to members of my family should they need locksmith services. "Arrived 2 hours outside 3 hour window, but did at least call to say they'd be late. Low-tech vent cleaning: a drill, a wire brush, and extension cable, two guys in a car, a short ladder, a small vacuum cleaner. I've had an entire house's vents steam cleaned before at the price they charged for 20 feet of dryer duct. Too expensive for the job and amount of effort put in. The invoice said Locksmith so obviously they do this on the side. The job was passable, just not super thorough. Not recommended."

"All went well. Although this was not an emergency, Eddie responded to my call in a timely manner. Eddie let me know of some options, including installing a new lock for a minimal charge, taking the old lock in to a locksmith with a key machine to get a new lock, or leaving it as is. Since I planned to discard the file cabinet, I opted to leave the lock off. I would hire him again.
