His crew works quick, and they pay attention to the tiniest detail. They absolutely are worth every dollar and I would recommend RG Construction to any homeowner, and I for sure will be giving them a call back for any work I need done in the future. "Mediocre service and absolutely appalling customer service. Before having our granite countertops cleaned and sealed, I specifically mentioned how I had used acetone to treat certain olive oil stains and deliberately asked whether or not this would affect the cleaning and sealing process. Their technician assured me that it would not. After one hour of work, I observed that many of the areas that I had previously treated with acetone were significantly darker than other areas of our granite countertops. I am pretty sure this was due to the acetone-affected areas not having any prior sealant, so they absorbed water or cleaner or other liquids that were used during the cleaning. I asked the technician why certain areas on our granite countertops were much lighter than the darker areas. His response was ,I do not really have an answer for you. I found this answer unprofessional and unacceptable for someone who specializes in countertop repairs. As someone who is untrained and unskilled in countertop repair, even I could tell that my countertops had been cleaned and wetted by some cleaning agent and then sealed immediately without enough time for the cleaner to evaporate. The fact that I specifically asked beforehand over the phone whether or not acetone-treated areas would be affected by his cleaning and then immediately found darkening issues on these exact areas is an issue I cannot overlook. Furthermore, upon contacting Cole Restoration about my complaint, I was given a generic email response about how they want all of [their] customers to have a good experience and they asked for photos. I quickly replied with photos showing the areas of concern. This was over a month ago. Since then I have sent two follow up emails and left a voice message. Still ZERO response. All around dreadful, neglectful, and unacceptable. I can not and wont ever recommend Cole Restorations to anyone after being an afterthought to them for over a month."

"BNO Builders did a fantastic job on our home renovation. Nestor, our contractor, was a knowledgeable and compassionate professional who walked us through the whole process from the start to finishing the smallest details. He made sure everything was done to a high standard. The workers were all very respectful of us and the property. And they finished our whole townhome faster than any of the other contractors quoted. We would choose BNO over and over again so long as Nestor would be our contractor. We put our full trust in him, and he came through every time."

"⭐ 1 Star – Unsafe, Unlicensed, and Untrustworthy Contractor I hired Fernando Soto / 360FSC Inc. for an ADU and home extension in Millbrae, and it has been one of the most stressful and costly experiences I’ve ever gone through. From the start, Soto relied on unlicensed workers for critical trades. Electrical work was unsafe and failed inspection — indoor panels were installed outside, wires were left unsecured, and essential safety breakers were missing. Plumbing was just as bad: instead of replacing the pipes as I requested on day one, his crew tied old cast iron, clay, and PVC together, even forcing larger pipes into smaller ones. This caused sewage leaks and backups. Independent inspections later confirmed major issues: Flooring – failed inspection and needs to be completely redone. Foundation – the new extension has already sunk by about 3.5 inches, creating serious structural risks. On top of that, the project stalled for months after May 19th, billing was vague, and Soto even threatened to rip out work I had already paid for. He hides behind a P.O. Box in Belmont instead of a real address, which says a lot about accountability. This contractor cuts corners, uses unlicensed trades, and leaves unsafe work behind. Do not make the mistake I did — avoid Fernando Soto and 360FSC Inc. One more red flag: a glowing “review” on this page was written by Rachel G — who is actually tied to his business. That tells you everything about how much weight to give positive reviews here."

"Our experience is identical to what other reviewers shared. And yes, you should run from this company as fast as you can. Do not buy what Abraham shared that the payment must be made when the inspection is passed. Check the Business and Professions code yourself, the payment only needs to be made when the job is completed. It is very COMMON that the job is not even done or poorly performed even the inspection is passed. Here are the issues that multiple families including us run into with this company:: The project was delayed for over 9 months. No one manages the job. He often employs young men from his own Jewish community. They are enthusiastic but had no prior experience. The worse part is that they don't get paid. Two of them even set up a new construction business knowing Abraham will never pay them. Subcontractors can put your house on lien also. Many reviews you see on Yelp, Google, Angi are NOT genuine. Even the references are fake with hindsight, we were given 2 references. One reference shared the exact same accent as the PM. The other reference was initially happy with their work, but then reached out to us and shared a similar horror story with them like what we experienced. You will lose a lot of $$$ on materials as the subcontractors will somehow leave a thousand dollars worth of quartz at home. Maybe they want to compensate for the money Abraham owed them? Let me tell you, reordering materials is not fun."
