Once I booked the appointment and told them the general problem and the model number of my refrigerator, they sent me a confirmation email along with a link to the app that is used for you and the technician to connect. Harmond was great and being able to schedule something the same day as well as learn a little about how to service myself was well worth the money and much less expensive than waiting for a service technician to show up to my home.
