I was really impressed with his ability to determine where our main sewer line was as there aren t any clean outs indicating where it is. I showed a pipe sticking out of the ground near the alley and he immediately knew it was a clean out. This is significant because the previous plumber we had out the day before said it definitely was NOT a clean out when it actually was. Manuel was able to clear the line in about an hour.
