The new concrete pad contains an considerable amount of rebar. The only comment I would make (which in no way should be taken as a negative) is that the work may take longer than expected. To be candid, I prefer they take their time, and do it right, which is precisely what they did. I plan to have T-Bar replace my patio concrete, as it is badly broken up as well.
