"We called Javier Carrillo, JC CLEANING SERVICE, to remove a satellite dish from the roof of a 2-story home. He removed a large metal frame and the dish, then he patched up the holes left by the dish installer. Finally, he hauled away both the dish and large metal frame. Javier did it all. We couldn’t be more happy. We are referring Javier to our neighbors out here at the HOA. Thank you, Javier."

"Filipe called first thing this morning asking if I would like a quote for junk removal, just minutes after putting in the request. He listened and asked me to send a picture of the items needing removal. He called me back and gave a quote which I accepted. He arranged to come out this afternoon, same day. He brought a few helpers and proceeded to quickly load it all up. He swept the area and left it as clean as possible! I saved his number because we have more to remove from the garage. Thank you Filipe!"

Waste Removal Services questions, answered by experts

Solar panel removal and reinstallation are often more affordable than purchasing a brand-new solar energy system, depending on whether you qualify for a tax credit. You can expect to spend $200 to $500 per panel on removal, with some contractors charging an additional $500 base fee. Some companies have a $3,000 minimum for the job.

Costs range from $300 to $2,000, depending on debris volume, labor, and disposal fees.

As we know, leaving dog poop on your lawn can cause patching and even death of your grass. But, even if your yard is hardscaped, leaving dog poop lying around is unhygienic and smelly, and it’s an invitation for kids to trail it into the house on the soles of their shoes.

Depending on the rules and regulations set by your local municipality or sanitation company, you might be able to place a small amount of bricks in your regular garbage. However, you should call your local government or sanitation company first to double-check. If it’s not allowed, or you’d prefer to recycle them, you can haul them to a recycling facility or hire a trash removal company to pick them up and bring them in for recycling for you.

Transparent glass is recyclable, though you’ll need to contact your local recycling center. Some centers have guidelines that require all hardware to be removed before accepting the doors. In some locations, you may also need to contact a glass-specific recycling company. Be careful if the recycling center has drop-off bins. Glass shower doors can be heavy. Take a second person with you to help you lift the doors into the bin without breaking the glass.
