"We called Javier Carrillo, JC CLEANING SERVICE, to remove a satellite dish from the roof of a 2-story home. He removed a large metal frame and the dish, then he patched up the holes left by the dish installer. Finally, he hauled away both the dish and large metal frame. Javier did it all. We couldn’t be more happy. We are referring Javier to our neighbors out here at the HOA. Thank you, Javier."

I’m a hardworking and diligent person who takes pride in doing things the right way. I value simplicity, aiming to keep my approach clear and straightforward, but I never compromise on quality. Whether it’s in my work or how I interact with others, I focus on maintaining high standards while staying grounded. I also believe that good communication is key-I make an effort to be clear, respectful, and understanding, knowing that strong communication helps build trust and leads to better results.\n

Waste Removal Services questions, answered by experts

Generally, it is not necessary to remove old mulch before applying a new layer. As organic mulch breaks down, it enriches the soil with nutrients. However, you should remove the old layer if it shows signs of fungus or disease, which can be common in moist areas, or if the total depth is already too thick. Avoid letting the total mulch depth exceed 3 inches, as this can harm plant roots. If you do remove old, disease-free mulch, it can be added to a compost pile.

How you get rid of old, expired paint or a mostly empty can of paint depends on the type and the rules where you live. If you have an empty, dried-out can of latex paint, you can often dispose of it with your household trash.

For cans that still have some paint in them or for oil-based paint, your best bet is to contact a junk removal service or your municipality to see what its requirements are for paint disposal.

Plan on cleaning your crawl space at least once a year, though twice a year is ideal. During the cleaning, remove any debris or dust and check for potential issues like pest infestations or water damage. The sooner you catch these issues, the easier (and cheaper) it will be to fix them.

There are a few ways you can save money on concrete disposal, including hiring a company that specializes in the service. While you’ll pay for the labor, professional removal companies can save you money on dumping fees if they can recycle or sell the old concrete. If possible, you can also do your own concrete demolition, which can cut down on labor costs. Paying for haul-away service only, you could save between $1.50 and $5.50 per square foot of concrete instead of paying for demolition and removal.

You may not love the idea of doing yard work in the cold, but winter is the best time to remove ivy. The fall works too, once the vines enter their dormant season, but you want to make sure you’ve pruned them back before the spring growing season.
