"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"It went great! They were a few minutes late--due to train and called me, which I very much appreciated. They came in and with canvas and plastic sheeting encased the entire area in the kitchen to keep the mess to a minimum. They were very polite and really hard workers. They never even stopped for lunch. They were careful to keep the door closed--as I could not find one of my cats and I was afraid he would get out. They removed the previous old light fixture and then patched the wall. I was asked where I wanted the placement of the four new lights and wow--just like that--four new holes were drilled and four new lights installed. They dry walled the entire area and not a seam shows. They ensured the lights go on from both switches. Clean up was done quickly and there was zero mess for me to clean up. After I had purchased this item on Angie's list--Mr. Dove had emailed me with a list of questions about the light fixture and informed me about the process and the time it would take. I've had several house repairs/changes done in the past--this light fixture replacement was by far--the best, quickest and professional job I've ever has done.
