Hi have been working for General Contractors and Homeowners for the last 30 years! Mostly re-models and new construction! I would normally do pre-paint and final construction clean ups! \nI like to do the fine detailed work that a lot of people skip over for all those final finishing touches!\nI paint, do caulking, give cabinets a new look, do door jams and walls! "A GREAT CARPET REPAIR COMPANY We purchased a new carpet 2 ½ years ago and there were problems right from the start. The carpet kept developing large wrinkles that were an inch or more high. There were probably over 100 of these wrinkles everywhere throughout the house. We are elderly people and we each tripped over these carpet wrinkles and fell several times. After trying unsuccessfully to get the carpet store, whose name starts with the letter ”A” and which is located on Miramar Road just off the I-15, to fix the problem, we decided to hire a carpet repair company. We have a large house with a lot of angular rooms and hallways. All of the San Diego carpet repair companies refused to do the repair, because they considered the job too difficult, because of the size and complexity of the repair. Then we found Jeff at S. D. Carpet Repair. Jeff came out and looked the job over and said he could fix it. A few days later Jeff arrived with his crew and in about 4 hours he had the 3,000+ square feet of carpet repaired and properly re-stretched. The large wrinkles are gone and we no longer have to fear tripping and falling as we walk in our home. In repairing the carpet, it was discovered the original installation by the carpet company did not use the existing carpet anchor strips around the edge of each room, which is how carpet is supposed to be installed. Instead, the carpet company just laid the carpet on the floor and attached the carpet to the carpet pad with staples. The carpet had never been properly stretched and anchored to the floor. Jeff was able to remove the carpet staples, stretch and anchor the carpet. Those dangerous eyesore wrinkles in every room and hallway are gone. We now have a beautiful properly installed carpet thanks to S. D. Carpet Repair. If you have a carpet problem, hire S. D. Carpet Repair, they have the equipment and know how to do a proper repair. They are also a very accommodating company and you will be satisfied with their customer service. We thought the price for their service was very reasonable. Our long and life-threatening ordeal with the new carpet is now over!"

"Bottom line: They did an amazing job on the carpets and flooring. I would use them again. The results they achieved with cheap 12 year old beige carpet that had never been cleaned was astonishing. The carpet in some rooms looked brand new. They even removed a mystery stain that was there when I moved in. There were a couple small areas in one room that were still a little dirty, but they turned a carpet so dirty it looked grey back into a beige carpet that looked just a little dirty. Absolutely NO ONE could have done any better. There was also a small stain that came back up elsewhere, but they provide a 30 day guarantee. They did good work on the linoleum floors too. Those looked better than when I moved in. My former land lady was also impressed with their work. They were a large part of the reason that I got my entire deposit back. They were responsive and I got an appointment pretty quickly. They showed up on time, gave a verbal quote broken out into rooms, stairs and linoleum floors and let me decide what exactly I wanted done. They called about 30-45 mins before they were finished which gave me plenty of time to return to the house. My only small nit is that I was initially confused about which company showed up to clean the floors. Their white van is unmarked and only one member was wearing a polo shirt with the company's logo. The first person who spoke with me was wearing a different company's logo."

"Bedroom, Livingroom, and Dining areas cleaned and Deoderized. It went well. Travis was promt. The method of cleaning the carpet, I was not familar with thou. He did exactly what he said would do at the estimated cost. Generally I was interested in deoderizing as there was a small dog on the premise. It probably took no more than 30 min and I was satisfied with Travis's work."

After difficulty in getting scheduled, company arrived to advise that I needed to upgrade my purchase to get and quot;deep cleaning.and quot; Our carpet is high quality and not really dirty because not children or pets. However, we now have grandchild who will be crawling on floors so thought best to clean and wanted to avoid chemical processes. Went with the deep clean and representative efficiently completed work. It is not totally dry as a solution is applied to surface before machining. We still have spots in the few areas we previously had spots so, not sure how deep or effective cleaning actually is. Surface appears clean and carpet was not negatively affected by the process. I may use again because I am fan of and quot;greenand quot; but will also research alternatives again at that time.
