Hi have been working for General Contractors and Homeowners for the last 30 years! Mostly re-models and new construction! I would normally do pre-paint and final construction clean ups! \nI like to do the fine detailed work that a lot of people skip over for all those final finishing touches!\nI paint, do caulking, give cabinets a new look, do door jams and walls! Also floors and appliances!\n As I am getting older what I’m really looking for are the vacation rentals.\nI am a people pleaser and love to see people happy with my work which they always are!\nI take my work very seriously and am good at trouble shooting and solving simple problems on site! I have worked all over the Coachella Valley and am willing to go up to 40 miles away. Have gone as far as Hemet and Big Bear! "A GREAT CARPET REPAIR COMPANY We purchased a new carpet 2 ½ years ago and there were problems right from the start. The carpet kept developing large wrinkles that were an inch or more high. There were probably over 100 of these wrinkles everywhere throughout the house. We are elderly people and we each tripped over these carpet wrinkles and fell several times. After trying unsuccessfully to get the carpet store, whose name starts with the letter ”A” and which is located on Miramar Road just off the I-15, to fix the problem, we decided to hire a carpet repair company. We have a large house with a lot of angular rooms and hallways. All of the San Diego carpet repair companies refused to do the repair, because they considered the job too difficult, because of the size and complexity of the repair. Then we found Jeff at S. D. Carpet Repair. Jeff came out and looked the job over and said he could fix it. A few days later Jeff arrived with his crew and in about 4 hours he had the 3,000+ square feet of carpet repaired and properly re-stretched. The large wrinkles are gone and we no longer have to fear tripping and falling as we walk in our home. In repairing the carpet, it was discovered the original installation by the carpet company did not use the existing carpet anchor strips around the edge of each room, which is how carpet is supposed to be installed. Instead, the carpet company just laid the carpet on the floor and attached the carpet to the carpet pad with staples. The carpet had never been properly stretched and anchored to the floor. Jeff was able to remove the carpet staples, stretch and anchor the carpet. Those dangerous eyesore wrinkles in every room and hallway are gone. We now have a beautiful properly installed carpet thanks to S. D. Carpet Repair. If you have a carpet problem, hire S. D. Carpet Repair, they have the equipment and know how to do a proper repair. They are also a very accommodating company and you will be satisfied with their customer service. We thought the price for their service was very reasonable. Our long and life-threatening ordeal with the new carpet is now over!"

"Bottom line: They did an amazing job on the carpets and flooring. I would use them again. The results they achieved with cheap 12 year old beige carpet that had never been cleaned was astonishing. The carpet in some rooms looked brand new. They even removed a mystery stain that was there when I moved in. There were a couple small areas in one room that were still a little dirty, but they turned a carpet so dirty it looked grey back into a beige carpet that looked just a little dirty. Absolutely NO ONE could have done any better. There was also a small stain that came back up elsewhere, but they provide a 30 day guarantee. They did good work on the linoleum floors too. Those looked better than when I moved in. My former land lady was also impressed with their work. They were a large part of the reason that I got my entire deposit back. They were responsive and I got an appointment pretty quickly. They showed up on time, gave a verbal quote broken out into rooms, stairs and linoleum floors and let me decide what exactly I wanted done. They called about 30-45 mins before they were finished which gave me plenty of time to return to the house. My only small nit is that I was initially confused about which company showed up to clean the floors. Their white van is unmarked and only one member was wearing a polo shirt with the company's logo. The first person who spoke with me was wearing a different company's logo."

"I would not use any other carpet cleaning company. They are extremely thorough, professional and polite. The carpet was thoroughly vacuumed even along the baseboards, then traffic areas were spot treated, prior to the cleaning and deodorizing. I have pets coming in an out and the job that they did, make my carpets look good as new. Strongly recommend this company."

"Overall experience was good, with on time service and a very professional cleaner. Carpet also dried quickly. However, I was a bit disappointed in realizing when they left that they had not really moved any of the furniture or small items to allow for cleaning under them (e.g., none of the couches, small furniture pieces, etc). These were light items that would have been very easy to move but they simply cleaned around them. I would use Stuart again, but I would pay more attention during the cleaning and make sure they clean under all of the items that are easily moveable.
