Hi have been working for General Contractors and Homeowners for the last 30 years! Mostly re-models and new construction! I would normally do pre-paint and final construction clean ups! \nI like to do the fine detailed work that a lot of people skip over for all those final finishing touches!\nI paint, do caulking, give cabinets a new look, do door jams and walls! Also floors and appliances!\n As I am getting older what I’m really looking for are the vacation rentals.\nI am a people pleaser and love to see people happy with my work which they always are!\nI take my work very seriously and am good at trouble shooting and solving simple problems on site!
