They also made me feel part of the project which was awesome they let me get involved as much as I wanted which made this whole thing even better and more enjoyable. They also didnt get frustrated with me at all which i know can be hard at times because I know I can be difficult when it comes to having things how i want them. "Kerry arrived promptly and had brought all the tools needed for the misc. tasks I had previously emailed him about. 
When we went materials shopping, he made sure we had a complete list of everything we needed for the tasks for the day, so the shopping went very efficiently, I liked that he gave some explanation on why he selected certain types of materials. Kerry seamless handled the variety of tasks I had asked for. At the end of the day, Kerry left all work areas in good condition.
Kerry is great guy for remodeling jobs because his experience for all the various types of work needed, as well as very willing to offer instruction if you want to do some of the remodeling work or prep work yourself. I am on a limited budget, and also really appreciated that he was very conscientious letting me know how to get good value for the materials I needed

"There are two words that describes Josh. He is Accountable and trust worthy. He did great job right from estimates to completion of job.
He gave detailed estimates with price quote for each task which were very reasonable and made numerous trips to Lowes to buy all required material. Since I was living far from job site he sent daily progress updates with pictures.
He is sincere and refused to take any initial deposit and insisted on getting paid after completion of job to owner's satisfaction.
He also went out of his way to complete other jobs which were not on initial estimates. It is hard to get find such quality services for affordable price. Thank you Josh, you are my go to guy for any handyman jobs.
