We are working towards our third home improvement contract with Yancey. Advance man Scott T is very easy to work with and he is always on time.

We are very excited to be working with Yancey Company on our master bathroom remodel. Bijon and Randy were very professional and helped tremendously through the design process. Can’t wait to see our finished product!

I've had a true pleasure discussing my future bathroom remodel with Randy & Bijon, they are a dynamic duo, what a Wonderful company and associates Yancey has.

My wife and I contacted Yancey Company while attending a local Home and Garden show. We were in need to have our 2 bathrooms renovated and were visiting several home improvement booths hoping to find the right contractor. Scott Tueckes came by for first appointment and listened to what we wanted to have done to our bathrooms. He kindly gave us some feedback based on his knowledge and experience. So far the process has been very enlightening. Our thoughts were gathered, measurements were taken - and Scott came back several days later with a digital rendering to give us an idea of how the final product would appear. We just chose our materials, and color schemes at their local showroom and was presented with a bid. We are now under contract. No work has been done yet as they are weeks away from breaking ground - but at least we're in line. So far, we're very happy with the process and with Yancey.

We just bought a home and while the kitchen is nice, it just wasn't what we were looking for. I starting searching for a kitchen remodeling company and came across Yancey. What I loved about this company before even reaching out to them was the story about how the business began, how long they have been in business and the family behind it. As well as the great reviews by happy customers. Our journey has been so easy with Scott, he called, he came out to our home several times and took the measurements and pictures. He listened to us describe out dream kitchen, that was so important to us to be heard. Then he did all the hard work and left the easy stuff to us, like picking out appliances. Our showroom visit to see the final plan and pick out the style of wood, cabinets style, countertops and backsplash was so much fun. He gave us freedom to have our own style while giving great insights and suggestions. Scott thank you for making this very scary project into something so easy. As soon as my room had no walls and floor, they sent a man to tell me I had to pay more or the workers would walk off my job. I never saw a foreman or an owner but I saw a "Project Manager" who to my knowledge never picked up a tool or helped in any way to further the work on my job. He came back a second time for more money and my family had to come stand with me to tell him no. They also called the owner. This was one of the highest bids and I thought I was getting quality.

Very efficient and hard working people. Love the fiber cement siding they installed as well as new windows. Price was competative. Friendly and responsive customer service.

In the middle of the bathroom remodel, I changed my mind about the floor tile. Yancey was very understanding and worked with me. They removed the old tile, that was not completely installed, and put in the new tile. They were then able to finish the project. Turned out very nice. I appreciated their patience.

Yancey company is amazing. So easy to work with and quick and reliable. It's definitely pricey, butt that's the market. However, luckily with them you get what you pay for so the price is worth it.

I want to start this review with saying it’s the “little things” that make the difference. In March 2017, we started a bathroom remodeling project on all 3 of our bathrooms. Our house was built in the 1960’s and has a wood subfloor which we were especially concerned about. My husband had already pulled up the flooring in one bathroom exposing the wood around the toilet flange which showed water damage and rot. I got bids from some other places and most looked at the rotten wood and said it was no big deal and they could use fillers to fix it. April the designer from Yancey said they would replace the wood subfloor or whatever else needed to be done which impressed me. Yancey has various teams that do their jobs and Mike King and his team worked on ours. They did a fantastic job and were for easy for me to work with. They kept me informed of what they found and what they were doing. They did all the work themselves except for the shower pan and the shower door so they did the plumbing, tiling, electrical, and flooring. Two of my bathrooms had wood rot and damage around the toilet flanges so they replaced the bad boards. One bathroom had water damage on the windowsill and they replaced it. They were even able to fix an electrical issue I was having with a poorly wired GFCI outlet. We also had problems in the bathrooms with mildew so they installed exhaust fans above the bathtub and shower. They were in my house off and on for 5 weeks. They always made sure to leave us with a working toilet, sink, and shower although not always in the same room for a few days. They also made sure to keep the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves every day.

Work quality has been fine up to this point. The job is not yet finished. The work was started about a month earlier than promised which was good but the job has stretched out to nearly two weeks.

customer service was excellent. I had both my bathrooms done at the same time and they made a very smooth transition for me. I am very pleased with both bathrooms.

I've worked with dozens of companies and contractors over the years, and my experience with Yancey has been one of the best. Interestingly, everything did not go smoothly and there were some mistakes made. However, Yancey addressed these immediately and even covered the cost of replacement materials. They responded to questions quickly, inspected work thoroughly, and, most importantly, they finished the job with great attention to detail. Our bathroom model looks fantastic. I highly recommend Yancey!

Have not recieved a call back to complete the job. As the counter was not sealed correctly and have called for this problem to be fixed and have not heard back from them. They were paid in full. Also I was not told I have to call for the inspectors to come see the job.
