The project included some plumbing replacement, adding insulation, a small roofing project with associated roof penetrations, a brand new kitchen from some cabinets and kitchen hardware I picked out, flooring, floor leveling with concrete, miscellaneous electrical work and improvements to my existing routing (including adding some fixtures), coordination with his countertop subconsultant, plaster repair with drywall, and EXTREMELY good finish carpentry (I can't imagine anyone else who would take the time and effort to do what he did here) I hired him before, I'd hire him again if he'd be interested (it sounds like in a few months we'll have some more work lined up?), and I am recommending him to my other architect friends. He's basically helped me renovate a great majority of my house, and an addition I built myself."

"Al and his assistant installed two window air conditioning units in windows that another installer said could not be done. The other installer from TaskR installed one of the units in a non-preferred window and left quite a mess, including crooked drill holes in my wooded sills. (My place is 105 years old, but my window sills have metal frames and modern windows.) Al and his assistant’s work was perfection! I was so pleased, I have already referred Al to 2 neighbors. Al is great at communication, very pleasant to work with, and honest. They cleaned up everything and offered to take the boxes and packing materials out to my bins. This was a relatively small job, but worth the money. Al charges a 2-hour minimum, which is more than fair. I will hire Al again and continuing recommending him and his team."

"Update; What began with a door repair back in June ended with me having Ozzie resurface the kitchen walls to smooth them out, paint them, replace the casings around the windows and doors, and also install a new kitchen sink. He then moved onto the den, where he smoothed out the walls and added texture to them, which he then painted. I decided to replace the existing tile and ran into an issue, but Ozzie was able to find the proper solution and complete the porcelain tile install. I am very satisfied with all the work he has done and would highly recommend him. This was for services completed back on 06/07/2022. He was the first person to reach out to me regarding fixing a pocket door in the kitchen. He was on time, friendly and professional. He was quick to determine what the problem was and made the necessary repairs. He is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience with doing other repairs as well. I would definitely recommend him and have already scheduled additional work in the kitchen and our den."
