He completed the job in less time than he had estimated for a fair price and offered suggestions on design elements. Since then, I have hired Victor to complete a reading nook with pre-fab drawer, install an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and flooring in two rooms. Victor is the epitome of a "handyman", he is a master in everything from carpentry to electrical. Victor is extremely professional and just an all-around great guy to work with. I love the fact that he does all of the work himself. That's one issue I've experienced in the past; contractors bringing shady characters into my home that carelessly damaging ceilings and walls. The replacement molding wasn't an exact profile match but after he was done installing and painting, you would never know. It looks perfect. I also hired him to clean off a shed roof that was a mess. It turned out to be more work than he expected but he honored his bid and did another great job and cleaned up beautifully.
