"Best price for mold testing. Very easy to work with and completed the job quickly. All mold was removed in a few hours. Love the guarantee thier work."

"Did mold testing services for an apartment building."

"Noah scheduled an estimator to come to my house 30 minutes after my phone call. Moises came and gave me a reasonable price. He was prompt and courteous. The next day Hiram and Orge came to do the work. They were prompt and friendly. They did an excellent job removing the mold. Brian called me to keep me appraised of what they did and how long they will be leaving the dehumidifier and other drying equipment in the garage. This company is prompt, professional, and courteous and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again."

"I would advise making sure you understand scope of work that mold remediation services perform in general. They do not replace or repair anything damaged by mold; they remove the mold and damaged areas, treat those areas and provide certification of areas as mold-free for purpose of legal compliance needs. I had to have a separate firm/handyman service do the new drywall for damaged areas, reinstall appliances and cabinets, and repair/rebuild new cabinet flooring. They did a great job but I didnâ t verify exactly what the extent of work would be."

"Very prompt and professional. We definitely plan on using them again."

"My insurance paid Ivan directly for mold detection and remediation, which was completed quickly. We subsequently hired them to repair/remodel the entire bathroom, which they are in the process of doing (also as quickly as can be expected), in spite of having to deal with an extremely difficult and unpleasant tenant!"

"Great job done by Mathew and his crew. I had mold in my bathroom and bedroom areas. They did a great job at cutting out all the moldy drywall and materials. Professional guys, respected my house, were on time and communicated great. Happy customer!"

"On Saturday, we found a snake in the back yard who looked like he went under our house behind the a/c unit - next to our doggie door (yikes). After speaking on the phone with David who was a great communicator, he investigated with his manager and found they could not go under our house (we have a manufactured home with a 2-3 foot crawl space) but they could come out and put sticky traps which have worked for them in the past. Javier and Jorge arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night - great service last minute on the weekend which I really appreciated as I have a small dog and couldn't let him in the yard. They thoroughly checked our yard and the yard next door - and the a/c unit next to the house and set out 2 traps. Unfortunately the traps did not work, I checked the next morning and one was covered with sand from the wind (here at Windy Point) and the other caught a mouse and it took 5 hours for him to die which was awful. Have not seen the snake since and am being extremely cautious when we go out. We believe the snake, beige in color, was probably not venomous but we no nothing about snakes. It was $90 which for a Saturday night I was fine with paying. My only con was the traps didn't work for me and my snake. I greatly appreciate Pest Control Solutions who was the only company I could find that would come out for snakes. I had never had this experience and didn't know what to do so called our property management, Animal Control, my current pest control company, and several others - and no one would come - EXCEPT PEST CONTROL SOLUTIONS!! Oh when they arrived we recognized Javier as the same person who had come out 3 years ago and sealed the bottom of our house from mice. Great service once again Javier thank you."

"Our carpet was filthy, 5 kids under age 8 so imagine. Robert and his partner cleaned the carpets and they looked so clean and smelled so fresh! They were very friendly and professional! Definitely recommend them and we will call again for future services!"
