I have to retract my glowing review of this company. Come to find out that they are not licensed in Palm Springs to do pool inspections, which they told me they were. I let them know that the city didn't have records of them (the license number they gave me didn't match the numbers or style of the number that they gave out) and they said that they must have forgotten to renew the license. I was told that he would go to the city and renew it. Then I was told that they had to redo the paperwork because the city lost it. During all of this, I had to get the pool reinspected so I could get certification. I was told by Dominguez Property that all was good and we passed. The new inspectors found some glaring problems that needed to be addressed. I looked it up with the city and they were correct. How could a company that is supposed to know what is required to make such huge mistakes! He sounds all great in the beginning but then you find out what he's really like.

Reason for 4.5 instead of 5 is that Salvador said that the written report would be ready in 24 - 36 hours, but it took 72 hours instead. If he had said that the report would take three days at the time the service was scheduled, I would have given him five stars.

Salvador was punctual, very thorough, friendly and easy to talk to. Took the time to walk me through his findings and explain his concerns and was clear about what he could/did or could not/did not inspect. The written report was also clear and comprehensive. Sellers had no issues with making his recommended corrections. Was the highest price of quotes I got, but fit our schedule best, so went with it.
