I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. They've done everything from jackhammering the cement to get out a bad pipe, to climbing on the roof to access the vent pipe, all types of repairs, they have consistently been excellent. "In 2013, AAP replaced my toilet with a new one (that they recommended). Over the past 4 years, that toilet has plugged up 6 times and I had to pay $125 each time to have AAP unplug it. I complained that they obviously installed a terrible quality toilet. The manager agreed to replace the toilet with a new one that was better quality...for free. No cost for the toilet or the labor to install it. Although I was pretty angry that they recommended a terrible toilet, I appreciated them replacing it for free. It was the right thing to do. Except for this issue, I have been very happy with AAP's service. They have always been able to come the same day I've called (even nights and weekends). And the service guys are all very nice and capable. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs."
