"They were very professional. Arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. They were very careful with my belongings and cleaned before and after installation. They were polite and very knowledgeable about the process and the end product was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"

The pet door was too narrow to fit in my side doors where I wanted it installed. George was able to assess what was needed when he arrived. We went to Lowes and he selected the materials he needed to do the job.  He was able to install an extender in my narrow side door and wedged the pet door in, and it fit perfectly!  I can even fully close and lock the glass door in front of the pet door.

He took down the old light fixture in my bathroom and hung the new one including connecting all the electrical.

He used a skill saw and shaved the bottom of the door until it was the perfect size and hung perfectly.

"We've found a new plumber!  Purchased a deal $89 for $200 of plumbing services.  We were able to make an appointment within two days of purchasing the deal.  Noel and his assistant came at the assigned time and we were very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy.  They wore shoe coverings when inside the house and worked very clean.  They cleared out underneath both bathroom sinks to do their work and left them more organized than when they started!  Noel had lots of good information about our new faucet and was very helpful when we asked him questions.

"Fredy was great! He did a wonderful job on our drywall repair, could never tell we had holes in the wall after he was done. We turned around and hired him again a week later to do more drywall and some electrical to include 5 can lights with the wiring, those too turned out wonderful."

"Various projects and the results were first rate. Completed with outstanding quality, on time, at a very fair price. Very thorough and all work was rechecked. Added circuit to electrical panel, garage wall outlets, installed outdoor carriage lights, porch light: built custom garage storage system, built dining room coffer or soffit ceiling, installed chrome ceiling tiles and chandelier, added ceiling can light. Ray was very honest, friendly, professional. Creatively helped us realize our designs within our limited budget. We are looking forward to using him again as soon as we can."

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

There are many types of ceiling fans, each with specific features and advantages. Standard ceiling fans are a traditional choice suitable for most spaces and can be made from materials like plastic, wood, metal, or fiberboard. For rooms with low ceilings, low-profile fans are a better fit. Other specialized types include smart fans, which you can control with a smartphone or voice commands, and dual-motor fans that provide increased airflow in multiple directions. For energy savings, Energy-Star certified fans can be up to 60% more efficient than standard models, helping to lower your utility bill. You can also find fans with built-in lights, fans with retractable blades, and large ceiling fans designed for spacious rooms with ceilings between 10 and 25 feet high.

It depends on your budget and cooling needs. Whole-house fans keep your home breezy by pulling in cool air and pushing out hot air. In places with milder climates, they can replace air conditioning. On the other hand, Attic fans focus on keeping your attic cool—not your entire house. Often, whole-house fans cost more than attic fans, with installation ranging from $600 to $3,600.

Blower fans are better for preventing mold growth than dehumidifiers because they target the damaged areas and increase the rate of evaporation, which dries out the building materials. Ideally, you should run blower fans and a dehumidifier, as this will allow the fans to move dry air over your damaged building materials, drying out the space even more quickly.

While ceiling fans are built for regular use, running them continuously without breaks can lead to overheating and wear over time. If your fan has a thermal shutoff feature, it may stop running to protect the motor. To extend their lifespan, it’s best to turn fans off when they’re not needed.

Most ceiling fans have a lifespan of anywhere from five to 15 years or 10 years on average. Just how long your ceiling fan lasts depends on the quality of the parts, how much it’s used, and how well you maintain it. A fan with a weak motor that runs on the medium setting nonstop is likely to have a shorter lifespan compared to a fan with a powerful motor that runs on the slowest setting for air circulation.
