""What surprises came up during the course of the work? That I sould replace my elec. switches every ten years." ***************************************************** Clarification on this: If the plugs and switches are 'stab-in' style and the wires are not tightened around a terminal screw, they have a lifespan of approximately 10 years before issues start to arise. This leads to lost connections and power loss. A number of service calls we receive are for partial power loss due to devices having the wires pushed into the back holes instead of being terminated on a screw. This is a weak point in a circuit and fixing one weak point will eventually lead to the next weak point and another bad device... If this wasn't explained clearly, we will make sure to give thorough explanations in the future so there isn't confusion or misinformation. Thank-you for your review and for the opportunity to do business with you."
