Warren Construction did not supervise its subcontractors (plumbers, roofers, electricians, painters, marble/tile, etc.). It did not exercise any cost controls and passed all over-runs on to us. It did not ensure that its subcontractors did quality work and would not fix subcontractor mistakes....
