"Project was an exterior structural support beam which had water intrusion causing wood rot. David had a plan to replace the beam and from the very beginning handled everything with professionalism. He listened well and offered ideas and concerns. He and his crew were on time and worked efficiently and left the site perfectly tidy! I am very pleased with the new beam and structure support! Heartily recommend him."

He drove to Grass Valley first thing the next morning and gave us an extremely competitive quote. Work started a few days later and his crew, made up of his family, worked fast and had an eye for detail. They completed the priming, caulking (20 tubes!) and finish paint within 4 days.
