Greg was on time and very communicative. He had parts shipped to my house and came the day I told him parts arrived. He made it a wonderful experience to get our dishwasher repaired. I was really dreading dealing with the issue, but Greg made it easy. For sure recommending him to anyone who asks and will be using him in the future.

We have a home warranty plan with American Homeshield and called them last week to schedule a repair for a gas leak in our oven. When they couldnâ t get anyone to come out before Christmas we called Kentâ s. Not only did he reply promptly but he came out the same day and fixed our over 2 days before Christmas! Thank you for saving our holiday dinner!

We were in a tight spot as our dryer was making real odd noises and we knew it needed to be fixed. Kent's Appliance came out, diagnosed and fixed a small issue and then returned a week later to install parts which the dryer needed. Fantastic service and I would definitely recommend them.
