Trent, the service man was very good, did an excellent job replacing the pump and wiring in a new ground fault circuit breaker. Justin, the owner responded very quickly after I called him with my pump problem. "CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly.
