I had a 35-year career in commercial construction project management so was refreshingly surprised and appreciative of Gavin’s high level of professionalism, polite demeanor, punctuality, and communication. Because of his experience, he was able to point out improvements to my plan that I liked. His skills are at the highest level and he took the time to do little extra things around the fireplace that weren’t his scope of work but made it better and saved me work. He finished in 2 ½ days. It was such a good experience for me that I hope I come up with another tiling job for him."
