They are technical wizards, very professional and have great ideas regarding esthetics for speaker placement and better sound. They care a lot about building relationships with with their customers and have great customer service post installation for the occasional question/tweak over the last 2 years! They removed our old grass and some soil, sprayed the area with an herbicide to prevent unwanted grasses from returning, installed a gopher/mole guard, replaced the sprinkler heads, and installed new topsoil and sod.
