"My house is nearly 6000 sq ft. so I always get several estimates before making a decision. Again, I called several companies and Eran was the most thorough in his assessment of what I needed. He was realistic in terms of stains on my Thassos marble floors and white marble countertop in the one bathroom and carrera marble counter top in another bathrooms. He gave me a great price and for just a little extra offered to clean the downstairs marble ebtry and travertine throughout the kitchen. I agreed. I was competely impressed with the outcome. I must say I never in 100 years expected my white countertops to be 100% white again! The floors were beautiful, like new. A few tiny stains you could hardly see were there, that is all! Not bad for white marble that was 20 years old! My downstairs entry marble was shiny as new as waas the travertine. The grout looked as clean as the day it was put in! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard. I will definitely be calling them again!"

"I worked with Robert and his employees and they were all very careful, polite and skilled in what they do. We had a few hiccups along the way with our stone but Robert fixed what needed to be done and was honest about the whole process. I made a few revisions along the way and Robert was never rude or frustrated by it. "Steve's work was excellent. After a very thorough cleaning he resealed and buffed our kitchen counter tops which now look great. Completely happy. We've already used him a second time, to clean and repair a very tricky tile floor. Steve and his associate Perri were the first (after several others had tried without success) to correctly diagnose and treat the problem - no more filthy, flaking grout and visible cracked tiles; the floor looks like new and is holding up well. In the end we ended up not having them do the work, but only because we found a friend in the business who gave us an unbeatable price.  I should say that while our friend was much cheaper than any of the other quotes we received that BNS DID offer to match the price (which i know was a great deal).  In this case, the loyalty to the friend one the bid, but otherwise BNS would have definitely had the job.  I've kept these guys on my Rolodex so to speak.
