Owner Robert Reed was not responsive, workers did OK job but damaged the wall and painiting during their work.I expected them to fix their own damages. Robert refused to honor the guarantee. Cracks are showing in backsplash wall. They did not do a good job.

Our bathroom looks stunning thanks to Robert! He was so helpful throughout the entire process and gave us great advice. The price was extremely competitive and we could not be happier with his tile work. We will definitely be hiring him for additional projects.

Robert has a tremendous amount of confidence. We have a relatively complex installation, so I was unwilling to work with anyone who seemed intimidated by it. The price was pretty much the same as others, but Robert never complained about the challenge. He always responded to my messages/questions professionally and rapidly. There is still work to do, but things are going great. Everyone building my house needs to be part of a team, with the "simple" goal of getting their part done. I feel fortunate to have found Robert.

I worked with Robert and his employees and they were all very careful, polite and skilled in what they do. We had a few hiccups along the way with our stone but Robert fixed what needed to be done and was honest about the whole process. I made a few revisions along the way and Robert was never rude or frustrated by it. The only thing I wasn t 100% satisfied with, were with a couple of delays that occurred, but then again I know this is common in renovations. All in all we now have a beautiful kitchen and it s all thanks to Robert and his team. We have already referred him to our friends and will be calling him the next time we need another job to be done.

Robert Reed is honest and to the point. Price was $700less than Lowe s and I got much better quality granite. Don t go with anyone else. You would be foolish.

This company is absolutely the definition of professional. Robert and Phil were always punctual. Never late. Never an excuse. Robert and Phil s work was always top notch. The quality of work was superior to several builders and contractors I had dealt with previously. The focal points in my home are all a result of the work that Robert and his crew put in. I truly felt that he treated my projects like it was his home. His professionalism extended to the customer service aspect of the job as well. With multiple kids and hectic schedules he was always willing to work with us on our schedule, but never made us feel like we were a bother to him. Robert fully remodeled my kitchen (new countertops, new tile backsplash, new cabinets and hardware). He remodeled a bathroom as well. He also built us a finished loft with a built in bar and cabinets. Also provided high end finishes on three other walls in my home and without a flaw. Another impressive feature about this company is accuracy of lead time on a project. If you are told 1 week, it will be 1 week or sooner. They always finished on time or prior. His crew and/or himself would lay down material and clean up after every days work, and my home would look as if no one was ever there. They were extremely respectful of my space and property and never left a mess. I have used this company for 6 projects in my home and have been 110 percent satisfied with each one. There were no games with pricing either. What you were quoted was what you paid. A schedule was laid out and consistent throughout our experience. If you are looking for an HONEST, Hardworking, High quality individual that provides the same type of work; this is the company for you. I cannot speak highly enough of Robert, Phil, and the crew as they transformed our house into a HOME.

This company was very prompt and professional.The first time they came over, they assessed the work that had to be done and gave me an estimate (with a breakdown) right then and there. They followed it up with an email of that estimate so everything was properly documented (which i really appreciated).They gave a timeline of 4 days to complete, and delivered on exactly that. Along with their timeliness, the quality of their work was excellent throughout the process, and they maintained a very clean working environment while doing so. Fishers & Reed Construction has my recommendation...and, personably, they are Cool people to work with.

I have used them on 3 different jobs and from start to finish the expertise, professionalism, knowledge from start to finish was impeccable. He has was responsible for an entire remodel on a condo, all marble, granite, slate and tile. And the same at my office and will be hiring him for my next home remodel job. Robert is a true craftsman that communicates from start to finish when on the job. I cannot recommend him enough. Invaluable service with bar none excellence!

Beware of this company! Robert Reed gave us a very low estimate to demolish/retile our bath floor and tub surround. Gave him a $500 deposit to secure his services. He showed up for 2 hrs and removed the bathroom floor tiles. He was to come back the following week to start tiling. He never showed up, and he did not contact us. 5 days later he called & said he could start work that week. Then called to cancel again. He said he was going to send us a refund the next day. Weeks later, no contact, no refund. We are pursuing legal action against him.

"This customer was very nice and I told her I was in between job and might only be able to do the demo. I charged 500 to remove flooring and the tile around the tub surround and they new that I wouldn't be able to give a bid to complete the job due to time constraints. ,Demo and trash removal two men for a day was fair. The owners were upset which I apologized and gave them their money back ."

Robert was great and comes with my highest recommendation. He retiled our master bathroom in 3-4 days and that was after he had to redo part of the job that my father had tried to do himself (which was FAR from being correct and up to code). He could have easily just tiled over the "problem" but knew that it could cause us huge headaches down the road so he fixed it with minimal additional costs. I definitely feel that he had our best interest at heart. He's also super fast! Once we received the quote, he was able to start the job the following week. When we decide to renovate our guest bathroom, we will plan to use him again

Robert worked efficiently, neatly, and unobtrusively while doing a beautiful job on my travertine floor. He informed me about options for the grouting and sealing, and was willing to apply the more labor-intensive (but less porous) grout which I requested. He and his workers were very respectful of my property. I am so pleased with his work that I already have him scheduled for a much bigger project beginning in 6 weeks!

American Tile and Stone hired outside contractors to do the work. Some work not completed, brand new cooktop was scratched so badly by the contractor it had to be replaced. Contractor did not include grout sealing and has been most problematic in every way. this is a contractor you should avoid at any cost

"The work that American tile did was performed at the highest standard of quality, finished in a timely manner, There were no outside contractors hired by me. We did a repair above the cook-top for the homeowner as a favor to her because the other contractor she had hired did not finish installing the glass tile completely. This contractor had damaged the cook-top but it had gone unnoticed until we were done. We replaced the cook-top the next day with a brand new stove top . All work was completed as contracted and she wanted sealing for no charge."
