"How do you work for 3.5 hours and only clean half of each room you go in? For claiming to have 18 years of experience the quality of work you performed makes it seem as if you only had 18 minutes of experience. We hired your company to deep clean certain areas in the new home we moved in to and made that clear during the discussion we had with you while you were in the home in person prior to beginning. You took advantage of my mother after my other family members left. You claimed that between yourself and the other individual you brought you did a combined 7.5 labor hours. Yet you did not clean anything thoroughly that was discussed. You are a disgraceful business owner and based off our experience, pride yourself in taking advantage of people for your own gain. The service offered was not worth the money paid for the service."
