"I used LD Tree Care for removing a tree and trimming mistletoe from another one. They did a fine job, but broke several pots, broke a chair, and left many large branches in the yard. They asked me to send a picture of the broken chair, so I did, but they never replied. I subsequently asked them for a bid on another tree. Without even sending a bid, they replied to me that they had applied for a permit from the city. I told them not to do that. That I had not authorized that. They did not reply. They eventually send a bid that was almost twice the price of another firm. When the other firm tried to get a permit, they were informed that LD Tree Care had already applied for one, and the city would not accept a new one. This was completely unauthorized. Even if it was a mistake or misunderstanding, they could have withdrawn the application. I called them and texted them and they never responded. This is not a trustworthy company."

"The person who came to give us an estimate gave us a fair price however told us that they wouldn't be able to remove the stump without damaging the fence. We explained the fence will be getting replaced in the near future to which he responded that when that time came to call them and they will come back out to finish the job. When we called to schedule this, it took 3 weeks to get an answer back from the company. When someone finally called us back, they told us that they would charge us $100-150. This is not what was discussed initially and the tone of the person calling us was rather abrupt and off put that we insisted it was. He stated it "wasn't in our contract", when both my husband and I know that it was agreed they would come back out to finish the job. The tree work that was actually completed was fine by the team that came out that first day, (trimming and tree removal(not stump) and the price was reasonable. But the customer service is awful. I cannot recommend them based on their inability to uphold an agreement and response time to get back to us on it."

"If you ever need a tree crew, call Daniel Hovarter Tree Service. Seriously, I’ve never seen anything like it. My neighbors brought out lawn chairs and watched them the whole morning! It was a Cirque du Soleil performance, but in my pine trees. They took down two 80-foot giants, chipped all the branches, and hauled away the trunks, all in about five hours. It was amazing to watch how expertly and quickly they worked. I’ve hired other companies before (Mountain Enterprises did a good job), but Daniel’s crew is on another level. The way they moved through the trees was pure mastery. When the show wrapped in the afternoon, the area where they were working was spotless. If you want the job done safely, efficiently, and with artistry, these are the folks to call. I’m telling everyone. They have my highest recommendation!"

"CHI has done an excellent job for me and I recommend them without hesitation for any remodeling work. Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. I was very pleased with how they worked, the materials they used, and the attention to detail in the workmanship. And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot! I very much appreciated their attention to protecting the rest of the house, and they cleaned up the jobsite every single day at the end of their work day. Remodels are disruptive, no matter what. "Great tree cutting was fine The dumping was great but I have a 13 ft gate it may need to work on their driving skills a little bit but other than that I'm happy they were on time they seemed happy didn't ask for anything did the job went home can't ask for more than that maybe I would call them to plant trees next time which would probably take a city permit I can use a response on that"
