"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Thank you for your time & assistance."

"There was a slight miscommunication between us in setting up the appointment, but Aurelio showed up on schedule and solved a difficult problem in an hour. The problem with the fixture was that it had been installed wrong in the first place, and to remove it required cutting it apart and patching the bad work. Then he installed the new spigot and it's working fine. His skills and creativity are excellent."
