WDR's response was oh we made a mistake and disposed of those items and you will be reimbursed by the insurance company for their value (of course depreciated) so no harm was done. Very Very unprofessional. 3) In the boxes of items that were cleaned and returned we have found items that were never ours, how many people have they switched or lost items on??"
