"I had a damaged gate. David had previously given me a lower bid than the contractor we hired, but the other contractor was referred to me by a close friend who is a contractor (so we went with him). Although that contractor was fine, he was impossible to reach and the job took a long time to finish as a result. So, when we had a problem with our other gate, I called David! He was amazing. He came out to fix the gate that day. He was on time, and communicated extremely well with us. He did nothing without prior approval and explained the pricing, depending on the problem. He could have easily sold us a new gate motor, but instead fixed it for $245, including TWO visits. This was a bargain for the amount of work that he did, including testing of the parts back at his shop."

"We waited to review our project 1 year after completion to be sure that all was well. We are very pleased with the final result. Our only mishap was having miscommunications with B&B when we requested follow up 4 months after project completion – our issues were resolved with a factory representative. No hard feelings. How It Went- Workers were professional and competent. Building on an existing slab is extremely challenging – because the slab slopes away and down from the house – 2 angles that need to be countered when leveling windows and doors etc. When corrective rework was needed (to compensate for a 2 inch site deviation) the team didn’t hesitate and B&B came up with an excellent solution. We retained the exterior stucco exterior of our house for the room and they finished the wall beautifully – it required a lot of fine and patient work. We asked for an 18 inch deep exterior pad – which accommodates a doormat and our foot print. It was done this way – although there was initial push back on this request. We also involved our own electrician, who is familiar with this old house – and we came up with an elegant solution to connect to our home. After project closure, we delayed evaluation until things settled out. Over the next few months, some of the sliding windows became increasingly difficult to open and close – and during an extremely fierce and long rainstorm we experienced a leak coming from one corner of the enclosure. We immediately spoke with B&B. With miscommunications with B&B, we resolved our issues with a factory representative in a single short visit: they added weep holes to the exterior, caulked, replaced a window roller and adjusted windows and the screen doors. We are very pleased with the final result. And so are our kitties."

"Job started on a Friday and extended into Monday due to difficulty of digging fence posts in rocky terrain. In addition, the gate ordered for the front was the wrong color. Later in the day, a new gate was fabricated and delivered but it was the wrong size. Unfortunately the job was not completed until Monday which meant we had no gate to secure our property over the weekend. Our job supervisor and his entire team were kind and professional. Would recommend even though there were some disappointing issues. No contractor is perfect every day."

Nir Elidayan is a top notch contractor--extremely impressive. Work was meticulously inspected at each key point in the process. We were very impressed when Nir noticed the workmen had repaired a scupper rather than replacing it as he had directed, he immediately had the work reaccomplished the next morning. We would not have even known that it wasn't to his standards had he not insisted it be "done right." The work was done as promised and on schedule. "We purchased an REO property that needs a number of repairs.  This project was to remove support plumbing for an outdoor soft water system.  The remnant copper risers were leaning, bent and in danger of breaking near a poorly installed compression fitting.  Our main water supply runs through this vulnerable stack.  Complicating factors:
- the rear sprinklers (PVC) and valve are Tee-ed off of this riser stack
- the copper piping required soldering (outside of my skill set!)
- the main water valve does not shut completely (next $300-$400 fix) which means they had to turn water off at the street
- one of the plugs to the former soft water system had blown out and I temporarily held in place with a hose clamp
- three daughters and one son at home drinking coffee w/o access to the toilets while work was being done
I purchased Action's 2-hours for $99 Big Deal from Angie's List.  John and another guy came out to Mission Viejo (about 35 miles from Long Beach.  To be fair, I offered they could come out when they had another job in OC, but they came out quickly and on time. Rush hour alone had to cost an hour!  Marie from the office advised in advance that parts and an $85 trip charge to get the parts would be additional.  Knowing my weird set up this was expected.
RESULT:  the work is beautiful.  There was a lot of copper soldering and re-configuring.   They should me everything they did before neatly burying it underground.  Looked like art - almost hated to bury it.  They cleaned everything up.  Time was probably a little longer than the 2-hours I'd paid for.  I was a little concerned I'd get charged for 4 hours since there were two guys.  But they only charged me $99 plus $85 trip charge plus $40 for parts.  This was a very good deal.
I'm very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.
