One came out and showed me what I considered to be inferior materials for the project. The last contractor to come out was Jeff. Not only was he on time, but he came prepared. Samples of nearly component that go into a patio cover. Prices. Ideas: originally, we were going to just replace the deck. But Jeff suggested another way to go, that would in effect increase the utility of the downstairs patio. Great idea. And great execution, now that it is built. Jeff?s crew is polite, and they leave a clean worksite at the end of the day. Jeff is involved in every stage of the process, and we had a final ?walk-through inspection? prior to final payment. "I will be recommending this company to all my neighbors. They were fast, honest, and high-quality. What is best is that, given the tough times we all are facing right now, they are willing to work with you on a price you feel comfortable with. I called them out to fix the broken torsion spring on my garage door. They lowered their price by nearly $100 to match the price of another company. Access Door & Gate's work came with a 5-year warranty which the other's did not. While fixing it, the technician noticed some other issues (broken hinges and rollers) with the door that I had noticed before and wanted to get fixed once I could more comfortably afford it. The technician quoted me a price that was ok, but more than I could afford. When I told him this, he worked with me on the price until we were at a price that was comfortable. In the end, a new double torsion spring setup, new hinges, and new rollers cost me $350. Since the original quote for the just the spring was $320, I thought this was pretty good. Also, they were very friendly and quick. I will absolutely use them again for any garage door needs."

"Just Do It Builders is an Amazing company and I would gladly recommend it for any work you need to do in your house. I live in San Diego. I had gotten few quotes before them to do my kitchen and bathroom and they were not the most or least expensive but when Matt arrives in my house, he was the first and only that completely understood my wants and needs. He listen to my concerns and every single details that i requested. He was really professional and meticulous. He showed up on time. My kitchen and bathroom were so old and i love the end results. It was a very fair price for this quality work. I felt part of the project by choosing the materials and colors. Matt was able to show me examples of pictures that really got me inspired as well. All the people involved did a wonderful job. They left the house really clean. Matt also worked with me on prices when possible. "Action Services Inc. did a good job. That was pretty quick. They did a pretty good job except that they ran out of time to do all of the work I wanted them to do which was fine. I thought they might be only able to do half of it with the time we bought. I don't remember if they offered any amount for more time. They ran out of time to plug up holes like the stucco that they made for it. It was kind of disappointing. They told us beforehand what they were going to do so that's okay. "
