Modero Construction

We are very please with the work Modero Construction did for us and highly recommend them. Modero replaced our old vinyl siding with James Hardie fiber cement siding on the entire house. The results are spectacular! We very much appreciated Modero's professionalism, attention to detail, timeliness, and quality of work. It is a breath of fresh air to work with a contractor that emphasizes customer satisfaction at every step of the project. I'd be happy to speak to anyone who is considering Modero Construction for a project about my experience with them.

Max and Viktor came to my home after January's storms had done a fair amount of damage to the vinyl siding on my home. The siding is about twenty years old, and has become brittle under years of UV exposure to the sun. I also pointed out some holes around the bottom of the house caused by rocks flung by the lawn mower that had penetrated the siding. Max and Victor said they could repair it all and prepared an estimate. I got a phone call a few days later from Daryna in the front office of the company, telling me that they were having a hard time locating a match for the siding, but would continue to look. This company took extra initiative to track down siding that was as close a match as possible to my existing siding. This search took a couple of weeks of extra effort on behalf of Modero, and a delayed start time on the project. This was fine with me because we were well into the spring and summertime weather patterns in California, which meant no more rain. The product had to be special ordered. Once the product was delivered, Max and David wasted no time in beginning the repairs and replacement. Upon completion of the project, there were a few minor issues that needed to be fixed, which Max and David addressed immediately to make sure my wife and I were happy! A terrific job done by Max, Viktor and David (and Daryna in the front office!) I highly appreciate the extra effort to make sure this job was done right! This company is highly recommended by me!
